You may use Salesmate AI to create chatbots, train assistants, and automate tasks.

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Upload harmful, copyrighted, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass system limits
  • Abuse free-tier resources

2. Account Responsibilities

You must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Secure your login credentials
  • Not share your account access with unauthorized users

3. Intellectual Property

  • You own the content you upload.
  • Salesmate AI owns the platform, UI, models, and system designs.
  • You grant Salesmate a license to process your content for providing the service.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled
  • No refunds for partial billing cycles
  • Overuse beyond plan limits may require upgrading

5. AI Model Integrations

Salesmate integrates multiple AI model vendors.

Model outputs may vary. We do not guarantee accuracy of generated responses.

6. Limitation of Liability

Salesmate AI is provided “as-is.”

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Inaccurate AI responses
  • Damages from misuse
  • Downtime or service interruptions

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse system resources
  • Engage in malicious activity

You may cancel anytime from account settings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your residing country unless otherwise required.
